Sean Taylor- SVRP of Operations, PGA – Founding Partner

Sean passion is helping moving and storage businesses grow.  With over 22 years national and small business growth experience, Sean has facilitate growth in the moving and storage sector, hospitality sector, sports industry and numerous other small business verticals.  Sean has led premier resort golf destinations and national media company such as:  Duke University Golf Club, Grand Cypress Resort, Wintergreen Resort and America Sports Media.  Overseeing operations at America Sports Media, Sean introduced Dr. Bob Rotella to its Eastern Golf TV show thus increasing viewing audience to 70 million households and secured vital golf company relationships such as:  Summit Golf Brands – Fairway and Greene, EP PRO, Zero Restriction.  Sean clients included:  Element Moving and Storage, Prudential Van Lines, Innisbrook Golf Resort, Crystal Springs Golf Resort, Colonial Williamsburg, The Legends Tour, E golf Tour, Kingsmill Resort, Frankly Frog, Bransley Gardens Resort and the Boars Head Resort.

Noel Wiggins – SRVP of Design and It Solutions – Founding Partner

Noel began his design career working with the country’s largest design firms overseeing all design and creative marketing campaigns for Fortune 100 companies such as: Lehman Brothers, and MBNA.  Noel’s creative business marketing genius was highlighted by designing and implementing the national marketing campaign for NASCAR –“The Nextel Cup Series”.  Consequently he was awarded the “Sunoco Fuels Sponsorship” national on and offline marketing campaign.  Noel has designed and managed back end solutions, analytics, SEO, and SEM for national and small businesses.  Over the past 15 years Noel has been recognized as industry leader for his internet marketing, SEO, analytics, and SEM expertise  While overseeing NOPUN, a national design firm, Noel expanded the company’s direction by developing, designing and implementing solutions for moving companies such as: Moishe’s Moving, Element Moving and Storage, Prudential Van Lines, Father and Son Moving, and Dahill Moving.


Rob Pritts – Vice President of National Accounts

Rob’s passion revolves around helping businesses become successful.  With over 18 years of business consulting expertise Rob has consulted for Fortune 500 companies such as:  Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Country Wide Financial or numerous small to midsize businesses.  Rob combines his corporate financial business banking background with his passion for sports.  While with Up to Par he currently is working with national accounts that include:  NFL Players of the NY Jets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans, PGA Tour Properties, PGA Tour, Atlanta Braves, Jack and Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation, UVA Health Systems, Bridgestone Golf, and Mizuno Golf.

David Hamm – Regional Vice President of Sales

David is ABS’s small business professional specialist.  Starting his professional career in marketing and advertising he quickly understood and developed a keen mindset for effective marketing campaigns that increased his client’s revenues thus generating significant ROI.  His client list included: ESPN Radio, First Tee of America, Long and Foster Real Estate Firms, Vinterra Golf Communities and the Golf Connect Amateur Tour.  Embracing small business solutions propelled David to thoroughly understand the key metrics of driving revenue, increasing volume and average dollar per use.

Tim Crandall –Vice President of Business Development, PGA

After Attending Penn State University, Tim Crandall worked at some of the best private clubs such as Orlando Country Club, and Deer Creek Country Club his passion for the business of the sport and teaching, quickly led him to a leadership position perennial Top 10 Golf Resort, Grand Cypress Resort with its world renowned Academy of Golf.  Tim a veteran PGA member, and Eastern Golf TV Top 50 instructor, immediately understood that teaching, promoting, and marketing golf, is most successful with a well defined and pragmatic solutions oriented plan with expected goals.  This thought process has driven his successful PGA career overseeing Devils Knob Golf Club and the Wintergreen Golf Academy at Wintergreen Resort.  Tim expertise resides in increasing revenue, while optimizing profitability.


Mitzie Sundberg, West Coast Executive Sales Representative, PGA MBA

Mitzie credentials are numerous which include: All American at The University of Northern Colorado, PGA member, CHEK Certified Golf Biomechanic, TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach, MBA – Chapman University, Internet Marketing Training – University of San Francisco.

Over her 20 year PGA career she has been continually recognized by the PGA with several leadership positions, twice serving on the Board of Directors of the Southern California PGA and chairing the Apprentice Committee.  Mitzie oversaw one of Southern California busiest clubs for 10 years as General Manager.   In 2009, she successfully launched GolfProBizcoach.com and quickly began to understand and value all the online and 2.0 services of America Business Solutions.  Consequently she came on board with America Business Solutions during the 2010 season.  Utilizing her incredible business driven mindset Mitizie has helped not only golf courses, golf resorts, and golf professionals increase their revenues while optimizing their expenditures.

Shaun Fronk – Senior Executive Account Representative, PGA

Shaun Fronk began his golf career receiving his PGM degree from Penn State University.  His passion is the business of the sport, retail and wine.  Upon graduation he worked at premier facilities across the country such as Country Club of Virginia, Stow Acres Country Club and eventually settling in overseeing all retail for the world renowned Grand Cypress Resort, Orlando, Fl.  Quickly recognized as PGA leader within retail, Shaun took on new challenges overseeing Wintergreen Resort nine retail operations.  During his tenure, he significantly streamlined the retail buying and accounting process thus translating maximizing turn ratios, and minimized cost of goods sold.  Additionally while at Wintergreen he began to oversee all sales efforts for the Wintergreen Golf Academy, developing, designing and implementing programs to increase overall academy metrics.


Eric Ball – Senior Executive Account Representative

While attending the University of Virginia Eric passion for the business of sport and hospitality led him to the National Acclaimed and Historic Boars Head Resort.  Upon graduation Eric continued to embrace the service oriented resort world profession.  While at the Boars Head he excelled and was consistently recognized as one of Boars Head up and coming leaders.  His superior customer service skills in combination of analytic thought process, and his never ending pursuit of learning and improvement directed him to challenges and opportunities for sports related businesses to leverage the 2.0 world.  His research and commitment to search engine optimization, analytics and integrated marketing campaigns provide invaluable expertise and insight to his client base.


Lynn Jackala – SEO, SEM and Search Engine Networking

Lynn Jackala expertise reside in Search Engine Optimization, SEO and Search Engine Marketing, SEM.  Her passion for internet and inbound marketing generates traffic to our client’s online presence.  Lynn developed Up to Par’s proprietary Search Engine Networking, a technique that organically generates increase web traffic, rankings to our clients.
